Here is some additional commentary on binge media to follow
up from our discussion in class. This is perhaps another example of how “we
live in exponential times.” It might even apply to the view that “everything is
amazing but nobody is happy.” Your thoughts?

The article was fascinating but it seemed a little too negative about binge media. I believe that like everything new we develop there are good and bad that comes with it. If we do not allow it, binge media will not stop us from being patient and enjoying things at a slower pace. It is up to us how much we binge on media and if we do it too often then I do believe it can be detrimental, but the choice of how binge media effects us is up to each individual. Binge media allows us to have a great deal of information available to us and that seems amazing.
